austinamamadrama, it's by miss lovely. I believe hers is Rouge Garrance (it's an old pic before Rouge Casaque comes along) and leather-wise, might be Togo.
Really, how long does it normally take to order a longer strap? Can you order straps for older bags. I've read that sometimes they cannot make them because of a color that is old and cannot be matched, but a basic color should be not problem correct? Thank you for the suggestion. I think a cross body looks so chic right now with a very classic bag especially worn with the canvas strap...
quaintrelle, you have the right info. As for how long, it can take between 3-6 months or even a year. Some of us had the experience of not receiving their canvas straps yet even after a year waiting.
