Here's my cake. It was done by a company called Perfect Endings, which does a lot of cakes for celebrities. Apparently Oprah is a big fan and they did her 50th birthday cake. The cake had a bottom chocolate layer and a middle white layer. It was soooo delicious. Even the topper was fantastic after it had been in the freezer for a year!

Martha Stewart did one of her 1-hour documentary/how to shows entirely on wedding cakes.

It shows up on the Style channel every few months.

The cakes in it are fantastic!
