The style is called Jumbo Classic Flap in (Caviar or Lambskin, can't tell from pictures...Caviar is the pebbly texture one) in Black w/Silver hardware. You should be able to locate it fairly easily by calling a Chanel boutique or Saks, Neiman Marcus as it is one of the classic line and is available every season. HTH!
