The one thing about filing disputes is that you need to know WHAT YOU WANT when you file your dispute and file accordingly.

If the seller responds and offers the full refund, I'll probably just go with that because whether or not Coach will repair/replace the bag is an unknown.

I contacted seller, and waited 24 hours. After no response to my email, I opened a case with Ebay. That was 3 days ago. How long does Ebay wait for a seller response? Is there a point where if the seller doesn't respond, I just get my $$ back through Paypal??
This is the first time I've had a totally non-responsive seller.
