Sorry, I am not sure. I am only familiar with Phoebe's and Roxanne's.
I hope someone here can help you out!
The Araline is good - not familar with the Kiera but as she is sold by the same seller I would imagine that it is ok too.
Also given that these models are not as popular as say the Bayswater/Roxanne/Phoebe I have not seen a fake but that is not to say there aren't any!
Overall if I wanted the bag I would probably bid!
