where to buy a black city??

First, it depends on where you are located, but a lot of stores carry Balenciaga. Check the resource threads above. Specifically under: Achtung Balenciaga, Stores that now carry Balenciaga.
Also, typically the city goes for about $1195. Depending on where you buy it from, you may have to pay shipping, taxes, etc... You can also score some deals on ebay, but tread carefully. Definitely post in Authenticate This due to the hoardes of fakes on ebay.

NM in SF carries Balenciaga bags. I'd go there. I am sure there are others around that sell it in that area, but I haven't been there in a while. 
yeah, just remember that NEIMAN MARCUS may carry it, will go tonight!
