when I go to Poshmark I can see under "news" I have 14 messages but when I try to open them it says I have none. I can see my purchases but not my likes or bundles or the items in my closet. Maybe I need to delete and reload. this is on the PC, not on the phone. anyone know?

Hi fellow H lovers, I stumbled upon these bags made from "pre-loved Hermès beach towel" whilst browsing online. I have not heard of the brand before (but I am no fashion aficionado of course) and I have yet to have a chance to see the bag in person.

Here's the bag:


I find the idea fun but don't know how I feel about these bags. I mean, if Hermès is selling their own upcycled terry towels as bags, I might actually be tempted to get one. But the fact that it's by another brand, and with the words "Hermès" being featured so prominently, it can be kind of a turn-off... Oh and I'm not sure how many of these bags are produced but I wonder how they get a hold of so many pre-loved H towels

So, may I have the views from the collective wisdom of tpf please?

Two months into the new year, and I have already bought four new Loewe bags... The first one I have already opened earlier, so it is not included in this mini haul. Without further ado...

Opened my email this morning and was pleasantly surprised to find this



The full size and Baby Stam are back, but only in very few colors — the full size stam is available in black and white, while the baby stam is available in black and rose.



They went with lamb’s leather, which was always my favorite. I’m hoping its successful enough that they bring it back in a few other colors. Not a fan of black or white, but this ‘wolf grey’ is really pretty!



If anyone decides to buy one, let us know what you think. Are they as well made as the originals?

I already have a SL sunset bag (grained leather with silver hardware and leather strap from years ago) but I have lusted after the SL sunset bag with black hardware for a looooong time. I even bought one before the last price increase but returned because SL sent me a bag with scuffs. But SL might have a price increase in May.

I love both. Maybe the Celine a tiny bit more right now, but it changes depending on my mood.

The Celine is more expensive than the Saint Laurent. I'm also not a gold hardware girl, but the Celine Triomphe I love.

I have recently gone through something major that makes me feel like I deserve to treat myself.

I was wondering if anyone has scarves that they especially like with Rose Azalee? I wear black, navy, brown and caramel mostly, but am looking to branch out a bit. If any of you have scarves that would go with those colors and have the Rose Azalee color in it, I would appreciate it. White is fine too, but I'd prefer not overtly bright, with little to no orange or yellow.

Anyway, just wondering what people’s thoughts are on the women’s fall/winter 2023 show. Got into a discussion with a CA, and now I want to know what other people are thinking.

I wasn’t impressed by any of the bags/accessories. The lineup, for me, either had close similarities to things the brand has done in the past, or they look too similar to other brands’ designs.

The RTW surprised me, though. Practically every designer is conservative for the FW 23 season, so I shouldn’t be too surprised, but going from SS 23 to FW, it’s a big difference. Still playing with oversized proportions, but the color palette and materials are so much more subdued.

Personally, I don’t feel excited or inspired to make an LV purchase later in the year… so I guess “yay” for my wallet being safe? Lol

Has anyone tried the hack for the newly released 2023 Cosmetic Monogram Pouch GM (released in Feb)? I did and it's brilliant! I can’t take credit for this brilliant hack, but give the credit to youtuber "LuxedwithRo". I came across her hack the other night and was really impressed. Went to LV to check out the Cosmetic Pouch in person and was sold. It's such a great size for a bag! I was looking for a stylish cute carefree bag that I could take out to recreational outings and for travel and this fits the bill. Although it's not a cheap pouch, as a mid size LV "bag" it's somewhat inexpensive. It has a slip pocket inside and a zip pocket, and the interior is waterproof (like all cosmetic/toiletry pouches) which really is ideal for what I will use it for. It's so cute this way that it won't be just for recreational. What's nice is I can use this as a toiletry pouch too! I already had everything I needed for this hack at home minus the jumbo size rings. I had some rings that fit however it's too snug so the rings don't stay in the up position to keep bag balanced and from tilting forward or backward, so those Jumbo rings are a MUST. I ordered my Jumbo rings and I am just waiting for them to arrive. You can check her youtube to see exactly how it's done. It's so simple! This may become the new "Toiletry 26 hack". I did a search of the forum and see that several members own the Cruiser Luggage bag in various sizes, but didn't come across any discussions of its practicality as a carry on bag. I am not a fan of keepalls and am searching for an alternate carry on piece without having to splurge on a horizon rolling bag. I am most interested in the 55 size, but this seems rare to come by in the pre-loved market, so I will likely have to settle on a 50. I know any of the sizes of this bag meet the requirements for cabin sized carry on but I am more so interested in how it is to lug around the airport without a strap? Not sure this would be something I would do but also curious if anyone has ever attached a strap to theirs?

I tend to buy more understated bags (well Chanel does have a small cc on front and Prada small logo, I’m ok with those). I’m thinking of buying a YSL bag with the big YSL logo on front. Does it bother you? Am I being picky ? I like some of the YSL bags but am hesitant for some reason.

I’m looking to build my pink flap collection with some older colors. I’ve never bought preloved but figure this will be the only way to get some pinks that I’m looking for. I looked in the pink library but most of the posts are old and I know there are so serious pink lovers with extensive pink knowledge!

I absolutely want a fluo-type pink similar to the one from 23c but I’m not a patent fan. I had one cocoshine in patent from 2015 and that thing was noise and sticky! Any fluo recs?

I am not familiar with either's exotics. Both are vintage. Do you have reason to believe one brand does snake better than the other?

Ultimately, I know, the one that makes my heart sing, but both are so interesting to me. I prefer the D&G from the front, but love the Tod's from the side (even thought it kind of looks like a uterus). I am leaning towards the Tod's, but am curious to hear from folks.

Hello to my tpf family! I need some help here. After being away from my home (&my purse collection) for 3 years due to having 2 kids during this covid times, I finally got access to some of my collection and this is what I saw. I couldn’t even sleep after this, it’s so upsetting.

I’m not sure what happened but there seemed to have been some kind of water marks on both of these bags and actually altered the shape of the corners as the leather shrunk. Have anyone had similar issues before? And do you know if the Hermes Spa could fix this?

Can’t lie but I’m quite sad about what happened.
