Some tragedy to my collection- HELP

Hello to my tpf family! I need some help here. After being away from my home (&my purse collection) for 3 years due to having 2 kids during this covid times, I finally got access to some of my collection and this is what I saw. I couldn’t even sleep after this, it’s so upsetting.

I’m not sure what happened but there seemed to have been some kind of water marks on both of these bags and actually altered the shape of the corners as the leather shrunk. Have anyone had similar issues before? And do you know if the Hermes Spa could fix this?

Can’t lie but I’m quite sad about what happened.

I would take lots of photos for your insurance policy just in case it’s not repairable and covered. And then run to the H spa.
