Have a stainless Tank purchased in 2012. Has had a "full service" at least 1x, if not 2x, as well as battery replacements. I used to wear it daily, but have been wearing an Apple Watch in recent years instead. Saw that it had stopped, brought it to the boutique and they recommended a full service, which I agreed to. (They then followed up and added on a replacement crystal.) Went to wear the watch for the first time since it had been services - and it was no longer keeping time (though not completely stopped). Contacted the SA who had handled my repair and she didn't give me much, other than instructing me to bring it back in (or to send it in). I'll go this weekend, but has anyone else experienced this - and how did Cartier handle? Frustrated by the whole thing!

Has anyone used the Pochette Metis as a travel bag while in Europe?

Does anyone know if Proenza Schouler stopped producing the PS1 in python? All I see on their website is stamped python leather which makes me think they have moved away from exotic leathers.

The python ps1 is so pretty and has been on my wish list for a while! I have scoured the internet for a new/second hand one and cannot seem to find one in black!

I purchased a Teddy coat in Rome on holiday this weekend, and was really shocked at the odor of it after unpacking it in my hotel. It smells very strongly of hay and barn, my husband said I smelled like a petting zoo!

While it’s not the worst smell in the world, it is a little nauseating after wearing in a car for a drive or on the train.

Can anyone tell me if this is bizarre or normal?

Is this off-gassing of some kind? Or is the camel hair so pure it came straight off the floor of the animal’s stable? I love the coat, but wish to not smell like this.

Hi, folks! I bought the small silver bone cuff in size small last year and realized I need it to be "widened" a bit this year. Unfortunately, I've been attempting to do so myself and fear I've warped it a bit. Does anyone have experience sending a bone cuff to Tiffany's for reshaping/bending to make a bit larger? (I love it so very much and wear it almost every day in the summer, and I realize sending it out will mean I'm without it for a number of weeks.) Thanks so much!

I’m looking at selling my Trendy and my 19. I’ve had both for a few years now, before they scrapped the authenticity cards and introduced the microchipping.
Could someone please tell me if those two bags came with authenticity cards or was it just with the classic bags? I’m gathering everything together for the sale and I wanted to make sure I have everything but I don’t seem to have cards for either of those bags.

I saw this vintage Hermes silk skirt on The Real Real yesterday and snapped it up immediately. The draping and asymmetrical design are so beautiful, I can't wait to see it in person.

I was wondering if any Hermes experts here are familiar with their clothing collections and could help identify it or roughly estimate the era it is from? TRR's description only says "vintage" and reverse Google image searching turned up nothing.

I am preparing to buy a new bag. My problem is as I don’t know is Chanel worth that money. I am listening stories like quality isn’t great, it was double cheaper few years ago etc…I like classic flaps and lady Dior shape. In case i would buy classic flap it would be medium black one. Other option is medium black lady Dior and mini beige/gray lady Dior. I am posting my question here on Chanel thread as I believe you all prefer classic flap over lady Dior. What would you choose?

I stumbled upon this 2004 light blue quilted lamb skin chain top handle cc with gold hardware. On another website I saw the same bag in white but in a larger size. Im wondering if the smaller size comes in white - bc id loveee to find it as my bridal bag. Is there anywhere I can see all the bags that were released for an old season? I’ve only been able to find blue and beige/peach in the small size online
