Hello everyone! I will be heading to Italy early next year and I already have a list of items to purchase from the stores in Milan. Any idea if they could arrange for delivery to the hotel after the purchase? I’m wary of carrying the shopping bags along the streets and of course I’m all prepared to forego whatever packaging the items come with and carry them in a recycle bag. But would like to know if there are any other alternatives.

Hi Everyone! I am contemplating getting a pre-loved Chanel bag and was wondering which of the above I should go for. It will be my First Chanel bag and I am looking to be able to use it regularly as much as possible - bringing it with me for travel (depending on destination). Ideally can be dressed up/down. I have always wanted the classic flap but the price seems to be way too high even in the pre-loved market. Should I pull the trigger now and get one of the above bags or wait for the classic flap? I am also afraid that there will be more price increases that will make buying the CF bag whether new or pre-loved not practical for the price. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

I mostly wear yellow gold jewelry (mostly from cartier) and mixed metals (white gold and yellow gold mix)

I recently purchased the vintage alhrambra necklace in onyx and sweet earrings also in onyx.

I’m contemplating purchasing the sweet alhrambra in hammered rose gold necklace but was wondering whether it would clash too much to wear with yellow gold jewelry/ to pair with the onyx pieces (which are in yellow gold)? I would be grateful if there’s any comparison pictures between the rose gold and yellow gold and whether in your view it clashes too much?

Has anyone who has owned the Givenchy Moon Cut Out bag experience any issues with the chain? I purchased the medium Moon Cut Out via SSENSE and within a week of using the bag I had one end of the chain completely detach. I looked closer and noticed the inside bar broke off. I can easily attach the chain it back on and close that side where the bar broke off but it will also randomly detach when I carry the bag. Anyone else have this issue? Is this something I can get fixed?

This is my first birkin in togo, and I just noticed the visible veins in stripes on the leather...it bothers me a bit.
I heard it is normal to have veins on togo but some are less visible.

Is the vening on this one too pronounced? I am debating on whether or not to return it..

Has anyone ever had their Chanel snap button repaired?
I have a Chanel WOC that's the old version which uses the snap button closure.
The snap button is broken, there should be 2 little bars for the button to click in but 1 bar is missing so there's a hallow hole there and so the button can't click in properly and keeps popping open. I've attached photos for reference. Unable to post videos here.
The way it's like stitched into the bag is it even possible to repair. I can't use the bag because it won't stay closed.

Does anyone have a good bag that works for all occasions? Medium capacity but light, top handle, shoulder and crossbody straps? Versatile enough for l uses and occasions? I was thinking about the Hermes Birkin and Kelly, but are there other, better choices?

I know "everything can be faked", but are there likely fake Manu Atelier bags out there? There is one I've seen on social media a few times and like, but really resisting the urge to buy. Hi all. I m not a hand-carry or crook of arm carry person at all. It's the main reason why I've never considered a Birkin, despite loving the look, history, and otherwise practicality of the bag. But I've found myself more and more drawn to the bag, so I've been researching and I saw this picture. Those handles look much longer than the handles on every B35 I've ever seen. Is this something custom, or are the handles actually long enough to wear the bag this way? I suppose another possibility is that the beautiful Cindy Crawford is just thin enough to wear it this way, but it would never work on my normal-sized frame.

I have some antique collectible items on Offerup. I've had some really good experience selling there but this one it a PITA. She messaged me Saturday asking if I'd be open to offers. I said yes. She made an offer and I accepted it. We agreed she would come to pick up the following morning at 11. I messaged her an hour before and she said she was tired, could she come later in the afternoon. I said no. She agreed to come the following morning. She didn't contact me to confirm. this morning she made me a lower offer. From looking online, all sources say Kenzo is a high end/luxury brand, but what's your opinion?

I've just heard the puzzle bag is being discontinued! I actually was a fan of this bag and was close to purchasing it. The replacement in my opinion is a totally different bag (The Edge) that doesn't offer much apart from a much more comfortable strap!

Hi all! I currently have the 5 motif onyx bracelet and want to add another one. I can’t decide whether I should add Carnelian, hammered gold or Tigers eye?

I absolutely fell in love with the tigers eye when I saw it in person, it shines differently depending on the light.

I don’t take off my Onyx when I shower or do activities so wanted the next bracelet to be worn in the same manner. So therefore my only concern is if I bought a coloured stone as opposed to hammered gold, I would have to remove both when entering a pool and or swimming at the beach.

I don't live near a Chanel and my only purchase so far has been a pair of Chanel heels.
I was at a neiman Marcus with a Chanel counter and asked about some small leather goods that are shown online but not in stock at that store.
The sales associate told me that I need to have a bag purchase history in order to do any phone orders or to have an item from another location shipped to me.
Is this accurate?
I found that quite annoying and pretentious ; I'm not interested in a Chanel bag right now & I prefer a different color item to what was in store.

I have questions regarding the adjustments for the Cartier Trinity (big) earrings, and also wanted to get your opinion on what I should buy.


I’m in love with the big Trinity earrings (pictured above) and would love to get them, but they seem to have the tightest mechanism ever that’s designed to painfully squeeze even the thinnest of earlobes. I saw and tried them in store - the space where your earlobe is supposed to sit is only 2-3mm, I can’t imagine even a child or someone with the thinnest earlobes can comfortably wear this without considerable adjustments. I talked to my very experienced SA who told me that due to the design itself, the maximum adjustments they can do are to lengthen the post and decrease the tension of the snap closure, but even then this means the space for your earlobe will stay at 2-3mm only even after adjustments!

So my question is for anyone who has this earring or any other Cartier earring with the same snap closure - have you adjusted, and have the adjustments made a significant difference to lessen the pain and tightness when wearing the earring? By how much did you adjust ie. the length of the post and tension of the snap closure? Do you recommend getting these earrings in light of all this?

I have relatively fleshy earlobes, not the thickest, but definitely not thin. I’d like to think they’re fairly average or above average in thickness. And i have sensitive ears and skin in general. So while I’m very much in love with the big trinity earrings, I can’t just buy it unless there’s assurance that this won’t hurt my ears at all or for the most part. I just want to buy the big trinity earrings so badly lol because they’re so gorgeous and unique but the pain factor is stopping me.


I also like the small trinity earrings (pictured above) and definitely have no problems with them because they have long posts and the pousette backings. I think they’d be great for everyday wear, while the big ones would be great for a statement piece when dressing up more. I do think the big earrings showcase the trinity design more, but pain. So all things considered, I wanted to ask (hence the poll), do you think I should get the small earrings, big earrings, or both? Lol I’m pretty torn so opinions would be appreciated!!

I just bought the prada re-edition 2005 nylon in black as I wanted something easy for everyday, worry free and for my upcoming girls trip to Dallas for a reunion. It was a splurge for me, wif tax slightly over $2k and I was really excited at first. Now Im reading everyone is saying its not worth it as its not leather.

I dint really want another leather bag to baby like my YSL or Loewe purses. I wanted easy and carefree but still cute, but now idk, should I exchange it for the saffiano leather? Hi! Debating on whether or not to buy a vintage LV sac shopping tote. I realize it comes in different sizes and different types of lining. Anyone still using this tote?
Which size do you prefer?

In need of personal assistance. I am trying to pick out a color and hardware combination for my next bag, a Constance 18. I was asked for my selection, and I got blinded by the unlimited choices. I’ve narrowed it down to a neutral, gold hardware, and a color that flows between seasons. I love Craie and Nata, but i have those in my small collection. I‘m looking at gris pearl? but really i’m open to any suggestions. An elegant color that will look chic and fashionable, especially while traveling. Thank you tons. I’m all ears!!
