I'm about to pull the trigger on a Hermès sable clemence birkin. It's vintage. All photos I can find online shows so differently. Some more brown and some very yellow looking.
I'm curious how the bag look like in real life. Is it a neutral color?

Tall yet soft (supple) flat boots, with the seems wrapped under, not sewn on the outside and more importantly: FLAT. So tired of heels.
Designer or not. Do not have to be red though!

This one makes me feel sad

I know some people here are pretty active and actually make a business out of selling bags. I'm a small seller - don't sell frequently and often lose money. I have a few items on Poshmark with no offers. Right now I'm feeling ambivalent. I have things I'd like to sell but maybe I'm feeling lazy to write the ads or pessimistic that they will sell. Anyone else like this? Guess I'll know when I'm ready.

Many of you will have noticed the change of Burberry's signature colour to ROYAL blue. The choices of colours of AW collection eluded me (I'm not usually that slow ). Penny dropped. Duck print, amber yellow bill...

In the United Kingdom, we share a joke about the weather: When it's raining we say "Nice weather for ducks!" Our most famous (and some of the most beautiful) are the male Mallard.

So now I get the the themes, the colours of AW. Burberry

One I saw this scarf print in-person in the the new flagship (NBS London) I knew why the strong yellow, the teals, the iridescent dark green, the iridescent dark purple, the red-brown, the orange-red

Dear PF friends, I have stepped by our local Chanel boutique yesterday and had a choice of buying of only one ot these beautiful bags. All in caviar. Either Maxi in beige, or jumbo in burgundy or jumbo in dark beige/cognac. I love all three and am having really hard time deciding. All three would match my wardrobe and I equally in love with them. Is there nobody now who is buying maxis? My amazing SA told me that almost everyone wants smaller bags.
What should I choose??

Relief in the Highest Heels

I noticed two of my Kelly bags purchased in the last 3-5 years from
The boutique do not have the H sign in front of the pull zipper- but the birkin I have does. Online everywhere says the H is a sign of authenticity on the zipper- but since the Kelly’s came from the boutique- this clearly can’t be the only rule to the zipper-

Hi guys - I’m starting to notice a small hairline scratch on one of the motifs on my 10 motif yellow gold guilloche necklace from Van cleef. It doesn’t bother me as it’s at the back but for future reference does anyone one know if VCA will replace just one motif at a cost?

Silver lovers rejoice! Tiffany's new collection of rings, bracelets and necklaces is entirely in silver - both polished and oxidized. I'm guessing its meant to be a unisex collection and building on the success of the Hardwear with unique links and integrated closures.

I got to see a few pieces at the King of Prussia mall today...they hadn't even unpacked it yet but brought out the bracelet I was interested in, the medium size polished link bracelet. It is quite substantial and comfortable. I really like the look of the links...it seems both edgy like spine bones of a snake and fluid with the curves. Though labeled "medium", this is the smallest size link in the bracelet, or you can get a bracelet with just a few of the Forge links in the middle as in the bottom picture. Though I like it, it's a pass for me right now...I find it too big for everyday wear and it completely overshadows my microlink Hardwear. I think the ring would be very cool, though I didn't see it because I have enough chunky silver rings! And the necklace as a statement piece!

Hello. I hope everyone is having a great day!! I wasn't sure where to post this question so I thought this would be the best place. I have been thinking about purchasing a new daytime bag and have come up with two finalists. I am hoping you can help me decide. It is between the LV Diane and the YSL Nikki (medium) in black. I think they are both beautiful but am undecided on which one to get.

I have a very casual lifestyle and am looking for something light weight that I can wear everyday and occasionally out in the evening. I have other bags for evening wear so that isn't a major concern its just the idea of not always having to change purses every time I go out in the evening.

One thing concerns me about the Nikki is the large logo, it is pretty invisible with the black on black but I do not like logos on bags if I can avoid it so it is a negative for me whereas at first glance the Diane seems a little more under the radar. I find the Diane is very casual and I like the crossbody option but not the thick strap. So they both have something about them that is making me hesitate. Maybe I am being too picky.

I would love to hear your comments on both bags and your preference. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I got a black lambskin flap bag over a year ago and have only managed to use it two times so far and both those times were just out to dinner! I’ve been so nervous about using it because of how fragile the leather is. I need some real world advice. How crazy do I actually need to be? Can anyone share how they use their lambskin bag regularly and it’s held up great? Is that possible?

I know oversized watches have been popular for the last few years, and now super dainty watches are trendy. I’m wondering what size do you think is most timeless and classic and appropriate day to evening, casual to formal? I recently received a 31mm Datejust and love it, but keep seeing either super tiny or much larger watches on social media and it’s making me second guess! For reference my wrists are approximately 6 inches.

Anyone know who does this bag?

Which do you like better with this skirt....the green top with vert fonce ysl tribute sandals and matching 5 A 7 hobo or pink givenchy top with mini antigona and LV revival mules? Need to know for tomorrow. Thanks!




ETA: I realize the bag/ shoes not greatest match with outfit and patterns a bit busy but I have other choices the like pink looks better than green in general. Thanks for your opinions!
