I saw a Chanel bag that I liked. The SA said it was a CC Travel, but I can't find any pictures or references to it any where. Unfortunately they would not let me take a picture of it. Does anyone know anything about it. It had a single zipper up top, which was very difficult to open. Do Chanel zippers become easier to use over time?

Bought the little Gaby zip pouch from Neiman Marcus and got it right before the $100 price hike. I love the lamb skin, the look and the leather interior. It fits a nice amount for casual everyday run around bag but the pilling is a universal complaint by people. I wore this once for my son’s birthday party and it got like this. I’m within the 30 day return. I love the bag and know YouTubers have had same issue so I guess it’s what I’m willing to deal with. It isn’t obvious when wearing it but I’m thinking of getting a Felipe Pochette in empriente instead - opinions?

Is there a brand or style that you would recommend or are they pretty much the same. I mean I would like some that will last. I don't know a whole lot about them. With all the pretty pics of everyone's gorgeous denim bags, I'm wondering how to care for fabric LV bags that aren't coated canvas. I have three fabric bags, and one is denim. I baby my bags and rotate between LV and contemporary brands, so there isn't much, if any wear. But now I'm wondering what I should be doing for care and maintenance.

HI fellow purse forumers! I need to buy a graduation gift for my daughter's boyfriend. I wasn't thinking of anything so elaborate but his mom got a really nice gift for my daughter (spa day for both of them with massages, facials, mineral pools, lunch, at a high end resort). I know it doesn't have to be tit for tat but I'm sure it cost well over $1k for both of them and they have been very kind and generous to my daughter - just took her on their vacation to a resort in the keys, invite her to their house for dinner at least 1-2 times a week, etc.

My original thought was a LV wallet bc his mom (who is very low key and not into designer stuff at all) made this comment to me recently: "R suddenly wants a Louis Vuitton duffle bag and i blame you" Lol
Clearly, I'm not purchasing a $2-4k duffle bag but thought a wallet could be good.

Then my daughter mentioned that he wanted an Oura ring (apparently they looked at them while in Best Buy) and told me to order that for him in the matte black, which i did. He's into fitness and works out so I guess this could be useful but also wonder if people really use longterm one the novelty wears off. I've also read that the Stealth color can scratch.

Then she texted me while they were in way home from the keys informing me that se saw him looking at LV wallets online from his phone and also thinks his current wallet is falling apart.

She also mentioned that they were looking at Ray-Ban meta AI sunglasses and that they were really cool. Apparently they can take pictures and short videos, play music, and answer questions like an Alexa or Google would. I just ordered a pair for my daughter and thought would be cute to add card that says, " you're future's so bright, you gotta wear shades" before she leaves for college in a couple of weeks (plus I keep trying to encourage her to wear sunglasses to no avail).

Overall, I feel the wallet may last the longest and seem more meaningful/timeless (especially if can personalize and have initials hot stamped) than something trendy but of course its also the most expensive option and not sure it would seem "appropriate " (though he's probably going to buy himself one anyway). I'm attaching photos of the one we liked along with a Burberry one i just found online that we really like as well. I think my daughter likes the Burberry one best but I suspect he may not even be familiar with the brand so may not seem as exciting to him as the LV.

Oh my gosh! I learned something today that I did not know. It seems simple. Nobody ever taught me this tip. When applying mascara use a handheld mirror and look down while applying. This gives your lashes a natural lift. Wow! I should have been doing this for years. Those of you that do this, is there a good hand held mirror you would recommend for this. Thanks.

I’ve had both these pieces for less than a year and for the first time I looked closely at them side by side. Is it just me or do you see a clear difference in how the diamonds are set in the pendant compared to the bracelet? Do any of you have a pave piece that looks similar to how my pendant is set. Hey guys. Recently, a coworker wore a necklace that caught my eye. It looked like a flexible rubber band due to its smooth, continuous appearance. I had never noticed any pattern, so I asked her how it was flexible.

She explained that it was a herringbone necklace. Unlike what I had thought, it is not made of a single piece of rubber but is actually a chain with small, nearly invisible gaps between the links. The herringbone pattern gives the necklace its unique look and flexibility.

This was a quick but interesting discovery, highlighting how sometimes the simplest observations can lead to new insights. So those shiny futuristic necklaces actresses wear in science fiction movies are actually herringbone.

I have some Clarks sandals I wear all the time in the summer. I like the look of them and they are very comfortable. I have two pair in black and three pair in taupe. One of the taupe pairs is worn - other two are in VG condition. These are from a few seasons ago and for some reason they popped up on amazon, brand new in the taupe color for a very low price. I know I don't need another pair but this is tempting. Must be a fluke as they only have one pair and it happens to be in my size.

Hello. I gifted a strand for my MIL back in 2008. I purchased the graduated strands from 7mm-9mm. Back then I purchased them for $2250 and now online I see them priced at $9400. My jaw dropped lol.

I inspected her pearls last week and they definitely need to be restrung. I plan to do them myself and need help getting a few materials together.

Need some ideas and opinions from the wonderful ladies here, please. My daughter is turning 12. She’s very sweet in nature and petite. Her skin tone would suit both gold and rose gold. Need opinion on hardiness as she’s pretty athletic, doing various sports like tennis, gymnastics and figure skating. No hard budget.
