omg, I love my Eva and have been using her for years. Highly recommended bag! Glad I got mine when she was $500.00, but she is worth the new price because she is still perfect after all this time
Given the high prices of LV now, this is quite reasonable. I know people always loved this bag. (I don’t have one but have friends who have the old model).

I think it would be great if LV brought back many of the "old timers".
I pre-ordered as soon as my SA announced the return of the Eva and it should arrive to me on Wednesday. It does not include the crossbody strap, but I have one from my Azur double zip pochette, so I am ok with it. @LVlifer
I had one years ago and sold it and have always regretted it. I ordered one even if it didn't come with the leather strap, which was kind of disappointing to me, but I have others I can use with it so it wasn't a deal breaker to me. I do wonder since I have purchased the older model in the past, that I could just order a replacement strap for it to use on my new one. Regardless, I'm very excited for the new one to arrive.
I just noticed-on the original Eva-there was vachetta leather under the gold plate in the front. This one just has the gold plate. Not a deal breaker though.
