Get this ...the package supposedly containing my Elephant Elvire arrived this morning and inside the package was a horrible stiff rectangular tan coloured Prada bag . I can't tell you how shocked I was when I saw that. I emailed the seller straight away and am assuming that this is a genuine case of human error but I just paid a £50 customs charge on the wrong bag. I don't quite know what to do now. I've got no intention of paying a second set of shipping charges to get the Elvire ( assuming it hasn't been sent to someone else who has decided to keep it), nor have I got any intention of shouldering the cost of sending this horrible Prada bag to the seller...and then there's the matter of the wasted customs charges...
This whole transaction has been a disaster from start to finishush:. Perhaps this is divine retribution for falling off the wagon:s. The seller has virtually flawless feedback so I just hope he/she is an honest person and will resolve this matter quickly. I'm not sure if I even want the Elvire any more or whether I'd just like to draw a line under the whole nightmare and get a full refund.I'm going to put a post up about this in the eBay section too in case anyone else has useful advice about how to sort this out. Thank goodness I paid using PayPal. Well, so much for a bag fix brightening up my day.....
