In my office: As long as there is no big logo of Chanel or Gucci or the LV monogram they do not recognize and the bag is no name - and I like that* :biggrin:
A medium Celine Trapeze in all black is my workbag at the moment.

(*On top of the Michael Kors hype some years ago I was sitting with some co-workers from another office in a cafe and they were talking about what MK they would buy. I was just eating my cake when one said to me with a pityful and sneer glance at my bag:
"You're not interested in bags, no?"
I had my BV large veneta on me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

I have the largest size, just called the Maestra I think. It fits my 13” laptop which is what I needed, and it works great for travel and public transit since it converts to a backpack. If you need to carry a laptop, it definitely won’t fit in the smaller sizes as it is a snug fit in my bag. Definitely not cheap but I do think the quality is very high - I’ve been using it daily for several months and it still looks brand new. It’s similar to LV canvas in that way. If you want a luxurious feeling leather, though, this probably isn’t the bag for you

I love this scene you described, lol! I used to own bags from MK too (they were not bad quality), but they just no longer fit my personal style anymore. I sold them. My office is majority ladies (now we work from home), and I know some probably know the brands, but they aren't into bags much. Others don't know/don't care.

I love the design and look of the Celine trapeze bag! But, I am on the petite side, so that bag looks huge on me.

Thanks for the details! That was helpful to know! I don't carry my laptop to places much. At work I use the office desktop :). Mini Maestra is what I have been eyeing! Enough for my daily essentials with an active toddler. I am on the petite side, so I don't carry a huge bag. It is just not proportional to my body.

Hi! I think it holds plenty. I usually carry my LV TP 19, LV Clemence wallet, LV mini PA, makeup bag, LV key cles, cell phone, and keys and it does not overflow. The shoulder strap is comfy, the leather is of good quality but resistant to scratches. I’ve carried it for a little over a year now, with a few bag changes here and there for short periods before going back to carrying it and it still looks brand new. You can’t fit a regular size laptop but you can definitely fit a small iPad or Kindle Fire. I don’t have an organizer for it but it has maintained its shape very well. It has a zipped compartment and two additional compartments, which one could be used for quick cell phone access. I guess the only con would be the lack of zipper for security but I don’t take public transportation and am rarely in large crowds so it doesn’t bother me. I hope this helps.

I use a black men's leather tote bag that I got about 12 years ago when I worked at Banana Republic. It still has a great leather smell, and looks like new (with exception of some wear on the bottom). This was back when the leather bags at BR were amazing quality.

I currently have three work totes that I rotate between. My favorite and most comfortable is the Longchamp Le Pliage Large. The second is my Coach Reversible tote from the outlet (which is exactly the same size as the LV Neverfull MM):

And, the third is the Michael Kors Large Karson Carryall. This one is the most beautiful and understated (usually wear it without the charm), but it's the heaviest because it's all leather:

Thank you for this thorough response!! It sounds like it does fit a good amount! Not having a zipper doesn’t bother me either. I’ll have to go and check it out when my Celine boutique opens back up. Thanks again :hbeat:
