I've been lurking here for months, but staring at pictures of my grail scarf has prompted me to finally post. Mine is the 90 cm De Passage A Tokyo in colorway 09 ...

I'll start. My grail was the ExLibris cashmere GM in the noir color way...largely thanks to our lovely MaiTai's creative modeling photos.
After searching for over a year, I found it on the 'bay, brand new in the box..for less than retail. So happy!

I have moved on to the Paperoles GM in vert and can't find it anywhere!I am new to the world of Hermes. I got my first scarf last year, on my first trip to Paris, which was for my 40th birthday. I guess I was spoiled in that my first experience was in the flagship store (and my SA was very patient and understanding of the meaning of the first time!). I purchased Charmante aux Animaux in black and gold. It is very vibrant and formal looking. I have since added 2 more scarves to my collection.
As of now, I think I am in the collecting phase of Hermes scarves, just wanting more patterns and colors to coordinate with things I wear. I don't have a grail scarf, yet.

Now this isnt really a story about how I GOT the shawl/scarf/stole I wanted but it if I was lucky enough I would love:
The one I missed out on: I would have to say Kelly en Caleche in the yellow purple colorway. I cannot imagine anything more beautiful (aside perhaps the pegasus sequin from this year) that I would want draped across my shoulders. Sadly I missed out.
Wish it to come trueWill it to happen: Now if I was to list my "wish it to come true" holy grail shawl, it would be the Reve de Corail in white and red. I have that scarf and I drool everytime I look at it. I can only pretend in my mind how beautiful it would be as a shawl or stole...

Such beautiful shawls....they are very addictive!
This time last year, the Kelly en caleche was on the Hermes website in that color way. Might be worth a call even if it isn't posted.
My first shawl was Kelly en caleche in the orange/ brown with purple rolled hem...
