I don't know if anyone else had this happen, I returned items and opted for moneyoox instead of a refund on my credit card to save 6$ on return shipping (and I figured I would be back for more items anyway . . .:) Now for returns on new orders, if you paid with both moneyoox and your credit card they will always refund moneyoox first. So if you are trying to buy something to use up your moneyoox but you paid for part of your order with your credit card it will not work you will just get store credit again. I don't know if this is a change or what but it really threw me off. I always order a couple extra crazy things just to see if they happen to work so it's messing me up! Banana Republic does something similar where they would apply your reward points equally against your whole order, so if you returned anything you would get some of your reward back, instead of applying it against the items you did keep, but at least they would use some of the credit, yoox is not applying any.

wow yoox.com is literally AMAZING! I just discovered it and before I knew it I had been looking through the sale items for 2 hours! It's nice how they have a substantial amount of sale items and that they are marked down quite a lot!

It should be noted that it only works on select items...as in there is only ONE item in my entire dreambox that qualifies. And, it used to be that if there was a code and your item didn't qualify, they would at least give you free shipping, but that doesn't work either :sad:
