Yoox is preparing something good if you choose the refund to go to your moneyoox (possibly a code).
Something else: Not sure if there was taking part a strike on their warehouse during holidays (big delays on shipments like last month's strike) ,but again i received the items on nylon bags and dustbags ,that was nice.What was really bad was that i found two papers with quality controls and the defects the items had . Really small defects ,no stains or holes ,but that's what you get when you pay 90% off retail .Not saying that everything on yoox has quality issues ,but obviously there are many items marked down for that reason.
