Last week there was a strike on yoox's warehouse ,so the packages were delivered with a big delay and a good surprise.There was no paper wrap ,but instead clothes were sealed on plastic bags with their original hangers .I guess the package was only made by the robots ,no human's hands were involved. I wonder why yoox doesn't send their stuff with their original hangers ,it was a very good suprise for me
Oh wow! Now I know why one of my packages was delayed almost a week.
On another note, they did not honor the 20% off code on my last order...even though I made the purchase only mins before the promo launched. They are usually so good about honoring promos. Maybe it's the merger with NAP or the strike, but customer service is just not the same sadly.
