I ordered something from yoox yesterday, but I forgot to enter the promo code to get extra 10% off (stupid!!!). I sent them an email immediately after I realised that, but they haven't replied. I ordered three items, all of them are sold out by now.
Do they do they normally do this kind of adjustment?
