Hi ladies,

I ordered something from yoox yesterday, but I forgot to enter the promo code to get extra 10% off (stupid!!!). I sent them an email immediately after I realised that, but they haven't replied. I ordered three items, all of them are sold out by now.

Do they do they normally do this kind of adjustment?

Ha ha, I'm in IT myself. Love that quote! Yes, YOOX usually credits the coupon reduction. Usually. You may have better luck calling them. Make sure you have your order number with you.

Usually meaning not always?

I'm like a maniac when I see word SALE on the item that I want :smile1:! I start clicking like crazy to make sure I make an order before my sanity kicks in and convinces me that I shouldn't spend so much! :laugh:

For this last 15% sale, I called twice, spoke to different people and they promised to credit the coupon reduction when my items shipped. Well, I received both orders, and on impulse(since I don't usually) checked my MoneyYOOX. Nothing. I called them again and the person that took the call said the promo was over. I had to explain how I had called when it was still valid, and after a lot of back and forth, I got the credit.

Not sure which yoox you ordered from, but I ordered from European one. And I asked them to credit my Paypal account so it was done while I was still on the phone with them.
