You can see which items are eligible in your dreambox, there's a text in blue YOOXDREAMBOX15 in the bottem of each item.

Code doesn't work for me at all, but it's just me, it happened with last two promos, so I had to contact CS, something is messed up in my account. CS are not super helpful though responding something like pelase contact us again if you have any concerns, that's all.

Yup - exactly. If an item is in your dreambox without the light blue text under it, it won't work.

If the item is over $100, it might be worth it, to go to the US site, order and then use a shipping and forwarding service to send the item to you.

there's the promotion for jewelry and watches until 24/11 .So till then ,no new codes...

At the time of checkout, there is a box right above payment type, where you enter the promo code. If you forget, never worry. Calling YOOX and giving them your order number and requesting that the discount be applied, usually works as well.

I tried adding the code in my cart, but it is only giving me 5% off.

Just called YOOX. This apparently does not apply to Sample sale items

Yeah, same thing for me: sample sale only gave extra 5% off...
