Does this only apply to full priced items? I tried it on something in my dreambox and it didn't work but it's already discounted.

i used it for a sale item and it worked. might the brand be excluded?

It only works on stuff that was already in your inbox before the promo event happened... 99% sure but someone double-check and correct me.

you are correct. per the yoox email, valid until 11/19 at midnight for items added to your dream box by midnight on 11/10 with the exception of special projects, art and the sample sale.

@uadjit if you reach out the the yoox CS team, I'm sure they would be more than happy to honor the 15% for you. never hurts to ask.

It only works on some items. I don't think when it was added to your dreambox matters, since I just added a bunch of stuff today and the code only worked for one of them.

Came back to report that i added something new to my dreambox and the discount was immediately applied. So this might be item-specific.

Thanks, awong, FashnCompashn and Bibibling. I appreciate it but I decided to pass on the boots I was going to get and ordered a similar item from a different site, anyway.

It seems like the terms for YOOX coupon codes are always complicated, though. They never seem to apply to what I want. Doesn't bother me too much since I get good deals, anyway!

You can see which items are eligible in your dreambox, there's a text in blue YOOXDREAMBOX15 in the bottem of each item.

Code doesn't work for me at all, but it's just me, it happened with last two promos, so I had to contact CS, something is messed up in my account. CS are not super helpful though responding something like pelase contact us again if you have any concerns, that's all.
