I agree. A great story and journey.That was possibly one of the most enjoyable reveals I have ever read. It was a journey indeed and as I read of how it began, what you were hunting for and how you and your husband took the time to truly research this so it would be the perfect match for you, I actually felt as if I were reading an enchanting fairy tale. I loved the feeling of anticipation, it was gloriously exciting since I could almost feel your own appreciation of what spending such a large sum of money meant. As someone who adores bags but has never yet dipped a toe in the Hermes ocean I can completely understand a) one does indeed need to think long and hard before spending such a large amount on a bag and b) the joy of spinning it out like a yarn being related by a storyteller of yester years. It was so sweet how you and your husband were in this together and I hope you wear your beautiful possessions for many years to come in health and happiness. And no need for apologies my dearyour shopping, your reveal, your choice how you wish to reveal it.

I personally have never looked at Hermes K or B because the styles do not appeal to me at all. Plus the B is heavy and the K is hard to get into. But I like your bolide! Enjoy. It is a lovely and classy bag.So glad you dropped by to read my special H journey

My personal opinion, I think if the Birkin, Kelly and Bolide had the exact same status symbol, the Bolide would be the sought after favorite ... its zipper safe, easy to get your items, has plenty of storage room and has a shoulder strap.

Cute box! I was going to ask if it's a rodeo, but they come in rectangular boxes.
Let me introduce you to my new Calvi Card Holder in the color Rouge Piment with Palladium plated snap closure.
Its size is 2.8" long and 4.1" high.
Its a new leather similar to Epson called Madam Calfskin.
It so light, tiny, so very soft and lovely
I am amazed how roomy it is.
Oh my gosh
, she is stunning, as I adore red so much!

Easy to find since inside Miss Bo and Miss Evie is a black interior.
This is what I now carry in my bags. My iPhone is not here it is taking the picture.

I feel so organize now!
To the far left is my red big sunglasses case.
When I put all these items in Miss Bo or Miss Evie, there is PLENTY I mean lots of room left inside my bags.

Aw, you're welcome! You're so sweet! I went back and read your entire journey of getting your bolide! I love how involved your husband was, too! I tried on the mini, it was cute but too small. The 27 is a great size, I just need to find it in the right color/leather specs!
A lovely romp through your journey to the ultimate destination - Hermes. I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially since a Gucci bag was my first slide into "handbag bankruptcy" as well. You made a great first choice. The Bolide is one of H's most user friendly bags, and in Clemence, it will be your trusted companion for life. You did a great job accessorizing her, as well. It really pays to do your H. homework and think about what will really work best for you (I made some rash Hermes decisions in the past and lived to regret them!)
And, your adorable pup all decked out in Hermes ribbon bows! Where did you ever find them? I have a friend with a beloved Maltese who has her hair "styled" as your sweetie does, and I'd love to gift her with a set of these.
