Courtney is saying she lost it all via a macrobiotic diet, eating lots of fish and veggies, and yoga and exercise. Yeah right -- 44 lbs in THAT short a time frame on that regimen? Total bull. She's on something for sure.
Scary thing is, she says she has 6 to 11 more pounds to go. Of what.....muscle? She's wasted away to nothing already!

i think its a whole lot of plastic surgery!!! this is just still hard for me to believe its her because i cant get the image of her on the carmen electra roast out of my head...wow girl was big and proud of it at the time.
