BTW I know the bag and it is authentic, believe me and the other tpfers who bought from them! theresa is like browns in London or aloahrags! they only sell authentic things and like I mentioned they're a famouse german store known for ages for selling the finest brands and only high quality clothes and accessoires! They were for example the first in germany who sold balenciaga bags! you can be 1000% sure that you get an authentic item when you order.

Hi, I thought I posted this already, but apparently not so. I made a purchase last week from them. They debited my account and then requested a photo id and credit card be faxed to them. I received multiple emails with different directions and actually they charged my account twice but corrected it. I'm not providing them with a license and photo of credit card, any suggestions? happen to anyone else? thanks

YES... www.mytheresa.com is an online boutique just like net-a-porter and Barneys online, Saks online, and Neiman Marcus online. Just bought a misson cardigan from mytheresa.com and they requestednthe last. 4 digits of the credit card I used to buy the cardigan And a copy of my drivers license! This scares me. Is this usual and customary or a scam?

Hi, mytheresa.com is legit and authorized reseller for many brands like Proenza Schouler. Sending credit card info like this is unusual though, you could make sure the request really comes from mytheresa by sending a separate question to their customer service.

I'd recommend to not send credit card info though..

Has anyone purchased on mytheresa.com for the year 2014- present? Reviews on mytheresa.com online luxury shopping? I just want to know how their customer service now. For this year or last year shares only!!
