I’ve been a fan of Baume & Mercier for a long time because I love their elegant under the radar designs. My current everyday watch is this oldie Baume & Mercier Diamant with a guilloche dial. It had me at “guilloche.”

Can anyone actually easily read the time on watches with no hour or quarter hour markings? There are quite a few styles that I like the look of that do not have markings, but I always have to stop and think about it to figure out the time. Do you adjust quickly once you get used to it? Ticks are fine for me, but I mean the ones with no markings at all except for 12 o'clock.
