Wristlet, Wallet, Both? What Works?

The only time I use a wristlet is when I'm going someplace where I won't be able to put my purse down, like a club, or when I'm really dressed up. Neither happens very often!

I don't really use a wallet, either. The only things I have that I'd need a wallet for are my license, one credit card, and some cash. I generally just use the zipper pocket inside whatever bag I'm carrying for that stuff.

I am currently using my stripe fold over wristlet as my "wallet".
It's very convenient and fits in my purse!

That is a great idea! I have been wondering how best to use mine.

I use the wristlets to store all the small stuff that gets lost in the bottom of my bag and I have a wallet for cards, cash, etc.

I'm the same way. I usually only use a wristlet when going to clubs, concerts, bars etc where I don't want the hassle of carrying a bag. Other than that, I use a wallet. I carry too much stuff with me to use a wristlet as a wallet.

Hi Ladies,

I'd like to hear from all of you regarding how you use your wristlets:

• Do you use them as a purse at times?
• Do you keep them in your purse and also carry a wallet?
• Do you find yourself collecting many of these items?

I get a bit confused myself at times. I keep my wristlet inside my purse w/ just some cash, my cell, my driver's license and one credit card. I still carry my wallet for other things (medical cards, etc), but I often take my wristlet out for quick grocery runs, etc.

What about you?

Girl, I do exactly what you do!!! In my large purse, I have a legacy leather wristlet and a wallet amongst a lot of other things. I put my driver's license, auto insurance card, 2 credit cards, starbucks card and some cash in the wristlet. If I need to go out for something quick or work out, I'll put my cell phone (KRZR) in the wristlet and take it with me. My regular wallet still contains some cash, department store credit cards, and some member cards I rarely use and some receipts. I know I know, I carry a whole lot of junk with me But I can't help it.

Oh yeah, and when I go out for dinner with my guy, I only bring my wristlet too.
