Black! I was looking for a new black bag and couldn't decide between the Carly or the shoulder zip so I ordered both. Your pics of the shoulder zip really enabled me - I'm REALLY glad that I ordered both now.

Lord and Taylor had the Demi Signature......I like the leather better, but you are right, the zipper sits really low, I would not beable to use most of my wallets with this bag. Cute though.

I received the Demi I ordered today. It was a little bit too small for me too. I just returned it and purchased the medium Carly instead (black leather). Love it!!!

I ordered a black leather one which should come tomorrow and saw it IRL today. I like it. I'll have the signature with angora trim and the black leather one to use for quick runs to the store or for an evening bag. I think all the Carly bags are awesome!
