Would you rather have 1 premier high quality bag, or 2 high quality bags?

Since I've never spent over $1000 on a bag, I would pick 2 at $5000 each. However, I think I might have trouble finding ones I loved at those prices. Birkins aren't for me. Most designers are no longer using exotics, which is the main thing that would drive up the price in bags I would like.

I can’t imagine spending 10k on a handbag! Even purchasing two 5k handbags would be extravagant for me!! However, if I could ever afford the Chanel Trendy then I would be obligated to buy that hahaha!!

Depends on what I would already have in my collection. If I had other high quality bags, than I would prefer 1 premier, if not, it’s better to start with the 2. But this question with all respect, makes no sense, because nobody can understand the context behind it to understand why someone would use 10K only to those two options

Basically trying to decide on one watch thats in the 10k range, or getting 2 watches in the 5k range. The 10k watch is a vintage so it wouldn't go out of style. The 2 5k watches are classics but more common.

I would have to pick Hermès, so I’d have to pick one $10k bag. If I were going to get two $5k bags, I would go with Fendi and Chanel.

Ok, I went back and read and since the question is really about watches, not bags, I have no input because I never wear a watch and completely cannot understand the need since we all have phones with the time on them. I’ve never worn a watch even before then, so I have developed a very good sense of time and don’t need to check the time, even with a very busy schedule at work.

So i was recently thinking about this. Is it better to get 1 higher priced item or a few less expensive items ? I think it is personal preference & neitger is wrong.

what a fun game! it would depend what else I had in my closet... right now, going through a frugal minimal phase and dont need more bags. But Id buy two bags, if I had nothing and needed for example, a summer and a winter bag. But if I already had bags to full fill those needs I'd upgrade one of them to the more expensive one, say a classic chanel or an hermes.
