I raise my glass to you mezzopiano! What a lovely collection and a great thread. All sorts of eye candy.

Thank you for sharing. I could not hope to choose a favorite--be it bag or dreamboat!!!

:thinkin: Maybe I need a name for my whitebus....

Tbe whitebus was one of my first work bags. Really beautiful in form and function. Thanks for sharing your collection of this v underrated and understated h bag. Whenever I meet people from h headquarters they are always carrying a whitebus. It's the bag of choice for those who need a non fussy work bag. More formal than a garden party, easier to use than a 40cm birkin. I think it would be the perfect bag if it had a zipper of sone sort so that when stowed during travel, everything wouldn't fall out!!

I laughed, I cried, and mostly just :drool::drool:

Mezzo, you are possession of an HG bag for me....(the George, natch).....do NOT let me anywhere close!!

An inspired and inspiring collection--thank you for posting!

Oh....... you ladies are the sweetest Cannolis Paulie could have ever found, GraceKelly, and all!!

OMG, tae, pursecrzy, baggiegirl, and cakeymakeybakey
yeah, Johnny is absolutely adorable, but how can you possibly choose only one! :graucho:

I'd like to see your gorgeous men... I mean Whitebus,
Encore Hermes and CobaltBlu! Both of you own Barenia Whitebus that I remotely drool on...

And I'd love to see you in men's outfit, Perigord. Then, I'd name my next Whitebus after you... :p

Zip on the top would be a nice addition, Hermesmonkey.
For everyday use, large Chameleon insert does the job to put things together for me.
But I wish the Chameleon had a zipper top... May be we can add it though.

Silkstarh, you gave me a big smile, honey!

Irishlass1029 and Florasun, you're right! I need Sean, too! Every time I see Julide's avatar and siggy, I feel dreamy...
What kind of leather can be Sean...? Croc, or may be Himalayan?... wow... :faint:

Scarf mama, I totally agree with you... George has been in the center of my mind. Not that I could leave Al or Johnny, though!:p

Pepper, oh, how nice of you... thanks for coming!

I know, tnw, those guys are not bad, right? :p Of course I would need more, though. :graucho:

Epilogue (I forgot to post this, to be honest :p.)

Although natural aging would make my guys sexier...,
I also afraid some mishap on them... like sudden thunderstorm, or drunk sommelier... who knows!

So I thought about a security guard.
As always, I found informative threads here, about protection for Birkin and Kelly, using LongChamp or EnviroSax.

My problem was that Whitebus is wide: 16" (or 40 cm). :thinkin:
And I wanted something to cover all the way up, including the handles: Then the hight is 16.5".
It's a structured bag, and the bottom depth is 5.5".

Many light weight waterproof bags seem a bit too small for these guys.

OMG!! doloresmia, Boogee119, and restricter!
You ladies made me even happier. :yahoo:

(Continued.)
But there was a solution.
Waterproof, light weight, big enough for Whitebus, and with zippered top.

Baggallini's medium messenger bag: 17" x 17" x 6".

My choice of the color was a bit girly here, though. :sweatdrop:

P1030394.jpg Naive Al can fit in it as if it was custom made.

And it stores in its own pocket: 7" x 7".

It's relatively heavy (12 oz) to carry around in Whitebus all the time.
So I'm using it when my Whitebus is in high risk...
at summer evenings, wine party, or for airport security check.
And still looking for something much lighter... for now, white plastic litter bag stays at the bottom of each Whitebus.

If you come up to an idea, please let me know... ;)
