She's some work of art I tell ya! Denying and then in the end doing something that proves she knew all along. Well, if you like the bag that much, then I guess it's worth it in the end...

I bought a regular LeSportsac bag (weekender) on eBay years ago and found that the inside tag was snipped; writing on the inside pocket... Later I found out that this was an outlet/Marshalls/TJ Maxx item as they always mark the price somewhere on their merchandise to prevent return to regular stores for full refund!!! Those numbers are NOT random numbers, they represent the price of the merchandise! Can you read the numbers on your pocket?

Your seller was a liar, she must got this bag really cheap from some discount stores or something... I was really mad when I got my bag and have put that seller on my "NEVER TO BUY FROM" list b/c she never disclosed these things on the listing too!!!

Ask for some money bagsince you like it and if you used paypal- file a dispute, there is a option for complaint about the product... I bought a bag from ebay listed new and it was used at least 2x and I asked for money back

okay so i got my bianco buon viaggio today and it's appears okay and new and all that BUUUT the seller spared no expense in shipping it. I paid $15 for shipping/insurance and it was stuffed in a size 2 (8.5"x11") bubble mailer and only had delivery confirmation. Should I be upset at the seller? and will restuffing the bag take out all the wrinkles :crybaby:

the last one shows how small of a package they put it in... shipping was $4.55+ delivery confirm ($0.60) :push:

YES! I would. Putting a bag like that in a small package and scrunching it up.

Anyways, can anyone tell me what a Reticket Tag is? I think that's what it's called. I got a purs eoff ebay for about 140 and the seller said it didn't come with tags. Well when I got the purse and was opening stuff up to look around a found a Macy's receipt what said Reticket Tag on the back and the price was like 60 dollars, could have been 90. I forgot. I thought i had gotten a good deal on the purse but when I saw that I felt cheated. (Of course I don't know what those tags mean though) The seller was really nice too.....

kawaii - i think it's usu a reissued tag for an item that is missing one, from either it getting ripped off, or someone returning the item, or whatever.

I would complain about the packaging...I bought extra big boxes to ship larger item like that...Sellers are completely aware that packaging counts and can affect their feedback.. this one obviously didn't care enough. But I don't think it necessarily deserves negative feedback..
on the bright side, if you stuff the inside of the bag and let it hang a while...most of the wrinkles should come out

Oh my goodness... shoving a bv in that little envelope :wtf: I got my bambinone through an envelope but it was small and it wasn't wrinkly when I took it out... Oh well but that really sucks :crybaby:

That seller on ebay totally deserves a negative btw, for the original poster

Yeah the Macys reticket tag is just when the original tag is lost or ripped off so the SA has to make a new one at the register... I noticed in the handbag dept. that a lot of reticket tags are just put in the pockets...

I'd be pissed! It is a beautiful bag. I overlooked the wrinkles and then I read your post and looked again and I was like :wtf: . I don't know what would get the wrinkles out.

I'm wondering if one of those handheld steamers would work on it but those are expensive and most people don't have one.

humm, i'm going to stuff it for a while and hope the wrinkles come out  i also i sent a message to the seller about how disappointed i was... I didn't have a lot of room (stupid ebay message limits) especially since she doesn't have an email address... hopefully she'll offer to issue a partial refund. if not then either i'll propose it or i'll leave a neutral. I don't think she really knew that much about lesportsac (she got this as a gift herself) so I don't blame her for not knowing that it could wrinkle but still... I'll wait and see if she says anything and I'll let you ladies know :smile1: thanks for the input!

here's the message i sent her
I received the package today and I must say that I'm rather disappointed. You could have said that you wanted $70.00 for the bag and $5.00 for shipping. Also that you used delivery confirmation instead of insurance even though you stated shipping was $15 w/ insurance. I would have paid more for better packaging/shipping or let it go to the other offerer. However, the main reason I'm displeased isn't the fact that it costs so little for you to ship it but rather the way you chose to package it. A bag that large wasn't meant to be shipped in such a small envelope. When I opened the package the bag was covered in wrinkles that I only hope will come out if I stuff it or find another way of straightening the material. Luckily the leather wasn't damaged which would have concerned me more since the leather can crack. The bag was going to be a gift and now I'll have to postpone giving it. You have been a very cooperative seller but I'm unsure what feedback to give you right now.
