Sorry for the delay in response! So iv gotten some quotes back, and for the exact tiffany design I'm looking at £1000 more so I'm gonna do what ame suggests and buy a good quality yellow diamond and then save up for the setting.
Iv been offered alternative options (single halo) but I know that I won't be 100% happy with that even though the yellow halo design you posted was goregous is not what I'm looking for. So I guess it's saving for me! I do however want to find the right yellow diamond!
