Would anyone tell me, is it ok for a man to use Picotin?

I would say it depends. I know it’s abit non-pc in fashion these days to talk about feminine and masculine, but l find a picotin in the right size and colour can be very versatile (l mean unisex). My husband looks good carrying my BF picotin (because l make him do it while l go to the toilet)

we don't yet have a world where, unlike a lady, it is de rigueur for a man to carry a bag - where it is a standard item of dress
men are still generally seen as having pockets to carry items
so the trend for men to use bags is linked to them having a purpose - ironically with the multifunctionality of smart phones there could be a 'need' to carry less items
if there is a need to use a bag to carry items, then what you choose to use is a matter of how you carry items if there off
if there is no need, no function, I don't think we have got to the stage of men just carrying a bag as an accessory like a purposeless bag charm
