I'm in the UK and I'm a big fan of 'Sweaty Betty', especially for tops. They look good and wash well (I don't put them in the drier though). They're very practical but also look very stylish (imo anyway!)

There are actual b&m Athleta stores. I have one in my city and have completely switched over to them. They have petites so the yoga pants and running tights actually for my 5"0 frame.

That's great to know because I am 5'1. Which ones are you faves? I am partial to a capri style (the ones that hit mid-calf, not under the knee).

I love the OC vinyasa Capri and the chatarunga tight! Both are great and def work for my height! I hate the right under the knee also.. Always mid calf or ankle pants for me!!

I have about nine pairs of regular Victoria's Secret bootcut yoga pants bought over the past five years, and the quality has really gone down. The oldest ones still look great, but the newer ones are nearly trashed. The seams fray easily and the fabric has a lot of slubs and flaws. Even with delicate washing using Woolite for darks, the black has turned a muddy brown color.

I'm 5'3" and all torso, so even short inseams are too long for me. I'm definitely going to check out the Athleta petite line--thanks for that recommendation.

While I like the Lulu stuff I have, I would like some alternative options. My local store is AWFUL, and last time I went in I was the only person in there and none of the 4 salespeople offered to help. When I finally got their attention, they were completely unfamiliar with basic items and where they were located in the store.
They didn't have much stock in the items I wanted and online is frequently sold out. For those prices, I expect more.
What are some other good workout brands? Ideally, I am looking for something similar to the Run Inspires .
Athleta looks stronger every season. Just got their new catalog. They have a very liberal return policy (gap style).

Lululemon, although they have some great styling, are all over the board on fit. And it offends me that they do this , yet insist on making sale stuff final sale.

My solows stretched out really quickly and now they are lounging pants.

My vote is for Athleta; their quality and customer service is terrific. If you buy something and for any reason don't like it-it didn't wear well, you hate the color....it is returnable. With LL you are just outta luck.

Athleta has figure flattering styles which also translate more to street wear too. I bought many of the skorts last summer and they were a great alternative to wearing shorts.

I'm really enjoying all the suggestions in here. Thanks everyone. I'm a newbie and I think this forum's fantastic.

Anyway, may I suggest Beyond Yoga, very durable and breathable. My absolute favorite for yoga and loungewear. Amazon sometimes has good deals on them.

I used to get Athleta years ago but have forgotten about them, maybe it's time to revisit their catalog. I'm giving Lululemon another try after a 5 year hiatus (they just opened a store near me and the SAs are surprisingly great to deal with unlike most of their stores). It would be nice to shop locally and try stuff on.

Hi y'all, Might be a bit off topic...I am Lululemon girl for the longest time, however, I've recently started looking into Adidas by Stella McCartney. Does any of you little fitness gals know how Stella fits?? I normally wear Lululemon sz 6 for the bottom. There is no Adidas store nearby. Visited Adidas website, but still not sure whether I should go with sz S or M for workout leggings/tights :( FYI...I personally prefer slim and slightly tight fit. TIA :)
