He's disgusting but he wasn't her adopted father, or even her stepfather as he and Mia never married. Dylan and Moshe were Farrow and Allen's adopted children.
Soon-Yi is the adopted daughter of Mia and her former husband, composer André Previn.
Still the question is relevant of when he started to be attracted to Soon-Yi.

I'm not even sure I believe the molestation allegations. It came from one child, never before and never after. Child molesters can't help themselves, they have a repeat history, but this was a one time accusation.

If you've read the details the case was never followed through because of Dylan's fragility. There are statements by both a judge and a therapist that indicate clearly what was happening.

I realize we're never going to convince the other, so this is just a conversation, really.
I wonder what are the statistics for a predator abusing only once. That's my original question.
Also, there was a 14 month investigation, done by both NY and CT and they couldn't find anything to charge. They had nothing, no physical evidence, nothing. Mia Farrow's own brother is doing time for sexual assault, but they had nothing on Allen maybe there was nothing to be found.
Ronan Farrow continues to try and shame many in Hollywood, even when the state couldn't find anything to prosecute. I think he loves the attention he gets, just like he alluded to being to being Frank's son and those fake blue contacts he wears.
It was an extremely bad and stupid move… but Allen never once lived in her apartment or even spent the night.
Having said that, they've been married for 20 years. He says he's happy and loves that he made her happy. He said Soon-Yi brought him joy and happiness and fullness. She went to university, got a few degrees, raised 2 children and they're happy.
Take away how they met, and you might think this was a great union.
