I love it too! nothing from Chanel but I picked up a beautiful pair of Dior shoes and a stunning Oscar De La Renta top that retailed for over $1200.. I paid about $100

it's definitely picked over..especially the summer stuff, but the deals are definitely there if you don't mind looking and don't have any set expectations

^ Thanks gals, I am looking forward to checking out the YSL, Gucci, and Jimmy Choo as well..would love to find some boots or shoes at a great price...should be a fun trip:nuts:

Ok, so there was nothing to report from Chanel. It was actually quite depressing and not worth taking any pictures. :-( The store was so open and empty with hardly any items! The guy said they might be getting more stuff in September.

I did however find a great Balenciaga clutch -- their store had a good selection of the SS 2009 Cherch Midi bags at 20% off. I also found a great pair of shoes from Oscar de la Renta at 75% off!

It must be horribly boring working there when there is no merch, no customers to interact with but if you can stick it out, I would imagine they get to pull some great finds.

I would call to double check first, I'm sorry, I was so excited, so I forgot to check how much more they have. Otherwise I didn't see much in store, except may be 2 perforated metalic totes, silver and golden, priced about $1200, but I think they've been sitting there for a while now. I was there late in evening.

I went couple days ago. The store was almost empty and had the least amount of stock out of all the times I've been there past few years. And I am not exaggerating. They had only about 5 styles of bags (excluding the clutches) and even not many jewelleries. And out of those jewelleries, I took all the nicer ones.:graucho:
