Wonderful service at H Charlotte

yeah I can't wait to go... I used to work at that mall and sales people in CLT really do a good job. customer service is exceptional.

I was so impatient and bought Offrandes d'un Jour today in pink and paid Chicago taxes. That's ok cuz there's a whole bunch of other scarves I want to check out... and pick up one for my mommy too.

Almost all my business with them is by phone, since I don't live in Charlotte. They are very familiar with shipping just about anywhere!

The store has to know you before they will do that for you - but yes, I have purchased both Birkins and Kellys from a couple of stores by phone having never set foot in any of those stores.

I have to agree with everyone about the Charlotte Hermes...it's just great. Definite 'southern hospitality'....I've only dealt with the SAs over the phone or internet and I've gotten superb service. I have another favorite SA but the Charlotte store is definitely as great!! Thanks KG and others for introducing me to them!!!

They know me...lol

Some stores looked up my purchase history. Some stores will not ship no matter what. There really is no rule to it. They just try to avoid people buying for resale.

Ditto and another big shout out to Darra and Mark (thanks kallie girl ) ! I live in Arizona - who needs H in Scottsdale, we have Charlotte! I have been in the store in person though, my sister lives in Charlotte, so they are comfortable shipping to me. I think an in-person appearance would be very important!
