they turned it around intially, but when she left they flipped it back! LOL. poor darra, she's a tiny little thing and those saddles are huge! let me tell you, it looked silly turned around the way she wanted it!!! :D

Okay, I'm late to this thread, but what the heck with the lady and the saddles??? Hope she doesn't ever go into FSH...racks of saddles with the "horse's behind" pointing at her! That is the first time I've heard someone say the back of the saddle looks like a horse's behind.

i think it was because she said the way the saddle was pointing it was looking at the horse from behind, therefore it was "pointing backwards." never mind there was no "actual" horse ... :p

I LOVE the Charlotte store. Gotta put in a plug here for Jason and Jan. They are both incredibly sweet and go out of their way to really make my shopping experience a pleasure each and every time I enter the store.

The lady obviously doesn't know a thing about the horse world. Saddles are always placed on racks that way. They are never @ss against the wall.:shrugs:

ITA. :tup: Charlotte's H store provides the best customer service. I bought my first Birkin there and I really enjoy my first H buying experience. My SA was very patience with me, even with my ignorance that she have to put up with. I will definitely go there again.

my parents live in CLT but I usually go to the Hermes store in Chicago. Will have to check it out next month when I go. Add another "good thing" about Charlotte to my list. And cheaper sales tax prob than Chicago.

Chicago sales tax is 10.25%, highest in the U.S. Charlotte must be significantly lower.
