Wonderful service at H Charlotte

Hi,
I just wanted to post that I have had a wonderful experience working with the Charlotte H store, particularly with Darra Privett, Assistant Manager. She has been thoughtful and generous with her time, and very patient with my requests. Fantastic communication, and simply lovely and friendly. Thanks to bags2diefor for encouraging me to seek their help and to Kallie Girl for introducing us to this wonderful store and staff.

Oh I am TOTALLY with you! I have talked to her a few times and she completely won me over!!! So now I'm 'saving' all my purchases with her LOL.

Us Carolina gals and guys have been talking up the Charlotte store! The staff there is the best. They are all wonderfully helpful and friendly.

I've dealt with the store a few times by phone, and once through my SA, and they were great. If I didn't know a few good associates in my city, I'd probably buy from them exclusively.

I'm a huge fan, as well. I remember heading to Charlotte for my first visit to an H boutique in Feb. 2007. The store was just a couple months old and I was soooo glad that we finally had H in North Carolina. That day was so much fun and just the beginning of a great H adventure!!

Charlotte has been so hospitable to our tPF-ers and we've had a chance to meet there at several events where the Charlotte store and SAs were wonderful hosts.

Darra is certainly the ultimate when it comes to H SAs ... She is a role model for anyone who strives to be the best of the best.

I have only good things to say about the Charlotte store. Those who are unhappy with the snobbish SAs at other stores, my very bold suggestion is to cross over. Shopping is supposed to be light hearted, fun and fulfilling ... No place for attitude IMO.

it's amazing that i have seen some customers be kind of rude to the SAs...but they take it in stride. one lady came in and demanded that the saddles on the wall be turned around because she said it was like looking at the horse's behind! i was like "no birkin for you, lady!" but they were gracious.
