I feel really bad for you, and you are in no way an idiot. The people that sell fakes as real are the people that should feel bad. It makes me so angry. I hope you can file a complaint and get your money back. Did you pay with paypal?

yeah , the LV's arent suppose to be covered by the straps. these people who are so dumb that makes fakes....at least they should know not to cover the LV's...stupid...they just want to scam people for wanna be's LV

Well...he did say that it was AUTHENTIC...funny how he trasfered the money to his account in mere 1 hour but did not reply to my 5 emails. He's suppose to be an ebay power seller, but then again that really doesn't say much about him if he kept his 100% feedback private.....either he's just plain ignorant or a cheating schmuck, but I on the other hand feel awful now...it's a little present to me from my mom and dad, and they just want to get me something nice that's all. They could of used that money too.......

can you not file with ebay and payapl.. that is its not authentic as stated in the auction? If i were you i'd save the auction listing so he cant change anything .. this way you have proof of his stating authentic..
if you need need a letter or confirming email for both paypal and ebay you can email carol at mypoupette and send her pics' is 5$ i think

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Next time try posting the pics from the auction here before you bid so the LV savvy ladies here can tell you if it's a good auction. I hope you get your money back.

I'm most certainly going to file a fraud report to get my money back, the only fear I have is that the seller might try to weasel his way out and say it's non-refundable or some other reasons. He still haven't answered my emails despite the fact that I told hm I already submitted the photos of his bag to a Louis Vuitton forum and have confirmation that it's a replica. I also asked him about the refund policy since he did not mention anything about it on his page. Besides that I wanted him to give me the tracking number for the bag etc etc etc...and none of these questions have been answered yet....I'm pretty sure there's some sort of buyers protection program since I paid with paypal...-sigh- I dunno, sometimes I just get too excited that I forget to think clearly, and 99% of the time I'm always super careful about everything.
If he's a power seller on ebay that would mean that he have a substantial account and therefore I would be able to receive a refund right?
I need something to cheer me up.....wish I could strangle him....that cheating schmuck....

If you paid with a credit card, file a chargeback with the company if paypal doesn't refund you. You might have to return the bag when paypal requests it, make sure to get delivery confirmation if you send it back. Good luck.

You guys...this is great....this is what happens to sellers who gets caught selling fakes and unwilling to admit it:

SELLER REPLY: also email me back and let me know if you still want the bag or i can give full refund because i am sure of my product. thanks.

yea....so sure of his products all right.....ugh....I feel sick!

Get a full refund, including shipping both ways. You shouldn't lose money for a fake that probably only cost him $30. :push: I HATE LIARS.

I think it looks like it could be real. I bought my speedy at the LV boutique and it has a ring. How old is it..do you know? I think it looks good. BUt I could be wrong.

the d ring is on the wrong side, they all have the it..
Also on the one side where the handle attaches to the bag its covering an LV and shouldnt be.
