Hey Coachies! So, wanted to report my good news! I took the bag into my local coach boutique and the SA sent it in for repairs. Like many, it was the dreaded 4-6 weeks and then you are left wondering will it even be repaired? Well, THEY FIXED IT! Totally new feet were put on and it looks amazing. Just wanted to share my happy news with all. Thanks for all your wisdom and support!
