So, after looking at the amazing pics in the tread and agreeing with all of you that the print is too fun to pass up, I bit the bullet and bought it. It arrived and upon opening it, I laughed out loud as I just figured hardware issues had to be few and far between . . . not so since two of the four feet fell off immediately. EEEEEEEEEK! I made contact and of course, they were falling all over themselves and offered to allow me to return it or would gladly pay for a repair. It is my understanding Coach is out of the repair business so I am debating about taking it in to a local repair shop where I live (used them before and they are fabulous). I do need you ladies to help guide me on this . . . I paid $375 after shipping so not bad; other than the feet falling off, the bag is perfection (if that is possible at this point). I too think I would like it even more if it were in the darker print (see pic with wallet comparison). If you were me, would you keep or let go? TIA!!

I realllllly wanted this bag a few months back because it's gorgeous! However, after reading about the hardware problems and peeling paint I decided to give up on the search for it. I've never seen feet fall off before! If I was you I would definitely return it. I'm kind of weird though, I would have taken the broken feet as a sign to send it back asap!
I know . . . I am leaning towards your thoughts as I try to squash thoughts of, "What's next?!?" but then I see pics of it and I am back to thinking how unique and fabulous it is. I am usually not indecisive. HELP!!
I wonder why the feet keep falling off of this particular version? I am not up on all the Swagger chatter, but I don't recall hearing much about feet falling off of the other Swaggers. Can anyone enlighten me?
So sorry this happened! This bag seems to have some problems because I read about the coating coming off and the hardware problems. Crazy! I think I would take it back. I don't like to keep anything that has problems right away.
I would return, feet should no fall off a NEW purse or even an old one
Plus,I do like the darker print of your wallet

Yes, I totally agree with your logic and 99% of the time operate this way but this silly bag has cast a spell on me . . . I have lost all logical thinking capability, lol!
This is so true. I set it on my desk and am just staring at it wondering if I would use it enough, will something else break, will I grow tired of it quickly, etc. . . . for some reason I cannot quite seem to let it go. I then wonder do I love it more knowing it is a rarity and there are not any others to be had. First world problems, right?
I would post a poll but if I am honest, I think most of you are telling me to let it go (as Frozen song plays in my head). Sigh . . .
I have the bag, love the bag.......but with feet falling off, even before you've used it? Can you get a replacement? I know the bag has issues - and I purchased mine before problems were disclosed - yet if mine CAME with color fade, hardware issues, or feet falling off - I would have returned it immediately. Even at the price you paid - I think about half of retail? - almost $400 is a lot to pay for an already defective bag.
Hey Coachies! So, wanted to report my good news! I took the bag into my local coach boutique and the SA sent it in for repairs. Like many, it was the dreaded 4-6 weeks and then you are left wondering will it even be repaired? Well, THEY FIXED IT! Totally new feet were put on and it looks amazing. Just wanted to share my happy news with all . Thanks for all your wisdom and support!
