The colorway is spot on for this bag. Sorry 'bout the tag. I hope you'll be able to get a replacement. Bad mistake from LVs part.

LV at your country doesn’t not do pick up for return items ? My CS arrange pick up from me for return items , I only need to put everything back to the box , seal it and wait for DHL to pick up

My items arrived today, although the print is to die for, I am unsure about the wallet. The leather seems extremely soft, especially around the card slot area, I am not sure if this is how it‘s supposed to be. Also the OTG (from the normal collection) seems extremely soft, normally I find LV pieces to be much more rigid! Any similar experiences anyone? The key chain has this white peeling which in recent times a lot of the canvas items have, they can remove it at the boutique but still annoying!

Ouch, I don’t like it either, it looks so “cheap”.
My key pouch in the noir empreinte leather is perfect, even though I heard of many others that they had problems. I’m so disappointed with the quality on this one. And it costs 135€ more than the regular one.
