Yes, I got both the black tp26 and the arizona color by calling client services and them contacting stores on my behalf

Did you get your tp26 recently? I've been trying to locate the beige but would get the black if it was available.

I didn’t order but my SA contacted me when store got one. I had wanted black but she received arizona so I took it...Did you already pay for it? I would contact your store because I saw it available at Nordstrom’s in Chicago when I was looking online....there are a couple of stores that have it according to the website if your store can’t get it....

So I preordered it and paid for it back in June.
I contacted client services a few hours ago and apparently, my order was cancelled. The reasoning was that they couldn’t fulfill my order. They thought they could. But they can’t. They will refund my money within 48 hours.

Very odd.

Im not only disappointed, I’m confused. I don’t understand why they cancelled my order when there seems to be some available.

Finally received my T26 today from my store. Once my CA informed me and just in time as I am heading there to pick up my gal in town and store is just near our location. Been waiting anxiously for her arrival when I start seeing everyone received theirs.



With my samorga organiser which I already received before T26 arrival.. perfect to use it now!

Thanks @bfly when I first saw this charm, I had my Giant Monogram NF instantly come to mind to pair with it. But now I discovered this cute little charm actually goes so well with quite a few of my other pieces, that I'm extra glad I grabbed one. I'll know by Saturday if I get the TP26 in black or not, if I do I'll post in here and let you know x

Hey @bfly I just got it! I was lucky one came in store to Dubai Mall, so I didn't end up having to preorder or anything like that. I will try to unbox it tomorrow and post some pics in here

I paid for it and they refunded my money over the weekend. I contacted client services today and was told they’re sold out in my nearest store and stores aren’t allowed to ship them to me (due to the “interest” in this collection). I’m really upset because I pre-ordered in June. Not sure why they canceled my order in August.
