Why do speedys need cardboard cases?

the thing you have to remember is that LV piece was originally made as a carry on bag, all speedies were, so their shape didnt matter so much bc people usually filled them up anyway.

Yea, the manager of my LV boutique did her managerial training in Paris, she knows thousands of little factoids. She is so cute, she tries to tell you a little trivia about every item you purchase. I just love her!

I don't have cardboard in either of my speedies. My mono speedy sags a little bit, I kinda like it. My epi speedy is still new so there is no sagage (is that a word? lol) yet.

I hate a sagging Speedy so that's why I put a cardboard in mine as soon as I purchased it.

me too! as soon as i came back from Manhattan with my new Speedy 25 i wheedled my boyfriend into making the cardboard base for me.
