My old buddy all revamped. I know most think it’s blasphemy to revamp but I like a little fringe and really like supporting other small businesses who specialize in authentic revamping. The hand braiding is an art form in itself.
This was my first LV that was a gift from my mom when my son was born. Over 30 years ago.
It has been beaten and abused by me and my kids. It’s sat in the back of dirty trucks and sat in grass fields while the kids played. It went through rodeos and camping and everything in between. It sat folded away for many years as I couldn’t part with the memories it invoked. It was missing its zipper pull and was cracked beyond repair with handles falling off, but that canvas from 30 years ago still looked good. I had her revived to start our next 30 years together. I got her back a couple weeks ago and decided to take her for a spin down to Phoenix.
I’m looking forward to having her with me again for some new memories with my grandbabies 🥰

Wow, this looks amazing and is so perfectly “you” ! It looks like it could be part of the new collection now. I really like it a lot. And love hearing the story and great memories associated with this bag. It’s a forever keeper

I knew this bag deserved a forever place in my collection. I almost replaced it a couple years ago but never did. I’m glad I waited and made her new again for the next chapter in my life ❤️

Oh my goodness, your little cutie is such an adorable baby . Look at those chubby rolls on her legs (jealous here ). When you mentioned your grandbabies, I thought you meant future ones. Thank you so much I was blessed with becoming a grandma last year and I must say it is amazing. She stole my heart the day she was born ❤️ She loves my bag charms and we play with them at least once a week 😂 I am hearing I may have another one on the way 😍

This bag is so old I think Pharrell was probably a very young man when it was made 😂.
This bag is from 1994 so I believe that pre dates Marc Jacobs, is that right?
I bet Pharrell would have come up with something pretty cool if he had tried it though. At an astronomical price of course 😉
