Thank you @nicole0612 @A bottle of Red @lynne_ross. Of all my WG five motifs this piece really is the moodiest. Feels very drama-queen-ish, and I didn’t expect that when I first received it. I have to be in the mood for it. It’s very beautiful in person and the WG seems especially icy next to the deep carnelian. (Seems like VCA choose carnelian that doesn’t have a hint of orange in it, but more of a blue undertone.). It feels like it’s telling me to f*** off, like I have no business wearing her, and this is definitely giving “she”. I feel like I stole this off Snow White’s evil step mother. Tbh, I think this would look amazing paired with the full pave WG five motif. And that is not in the cards for me. LOL! I am a two bracelet girl so I love it just with my sweet, which can definitely hold its own against her. This is my favorite combo.

I love this. Somehow it is both so crisp and modern and at the same time very moody and dramatic.
I think if I size my sweet pave 6 motif I might work it into the rotation more.

100%. I don’t know why I hold off. I always say that I don’t wear chain bracelets, but I had one that I sized for my wrist that became a daily piece. I just had another sized (took 5 attempts because they were reluctant to size down to 15cm) and I have worn it for 2 weeks straight! I am hoping sizing the sweet down to ~15 cm will not be an issue since it starts out a little smaller already.

Which ones did you have sized? Lapis was one right? GMOP? It should not be an issue. Our wrists are what they are. VCA needs to accommodate.

No, actually only onyx and chalcedony are sized to my wrist. I have a few more that are sized somewhat (back when they would allow custom sizing), but now they stick to the standard sizing options and will only do a minimum of 16 cm without a battle, and I need 15 cm. The chalcedony took almost the full year from purchase going back-and-forth to get the size I requested! I requested 15 cm, first it came back at 16, I resubmitted and it came back at 17 (!!), resubmitted and it came back at 16, then I finally got a bit more pushy and amazingly the last time it came back as 15 finally. The onyx was from about 5 years back and it was no issue at all to get the correct sizing.

I get mine shortened to removing 8 links. I’m not sure how short that is but it’s really tight.

Im not a carnelian fan either but I’ve been converted with this wg option.
