Really gorgeous handbags, I’ve always been drawn to white, but can’t decide over a classic beige.

For all those with a white handbag, do you also have a beige colour handbag or did you choose the white over the beige handbag? Reasons why if you chose.
Like most people, my first chanel was black. Then I wanted a light neutral colour so debated between beige and white for the longest time. I ended up getting beige next, then white. I think beige is more versatile and common than white especially if you wear a lot of warm tone colours. White is better if you wear a lot of white and grey tones. Beige is also a lot more understated whereas white is very striking. Now that I have both beige and white I find I reach for my beige more also because I live in Canada and I can carry beige all season long but less so for white in the winter months. I think if you're debating between beige and white, then go for beige!

i have both. I purchased my beige before my white. While they are interchangeable for many outfits, they aren’t for all and I think beige is more versatile. Also, I think you can wear beige more often year round than white.

I chose an off white classic flap over the beige Clair when I tried them on. The off white was my love at first sight while the beige Clair in person was just blah. Maybe it's the combination (the beige Clair in lambskin with GHW) that I tried. Then, I loved the off white so much, so I bought an optic white classic flap. Since I have two white classic flaps and one white boy now, I feel like that I'm missing the beige. I'm not sure if I will buy the beige Clair, but I'll know if I see the right beige color. I agree with that beige is more versatile than white.

Not much of a wow factor as a classic or 19 but I’ve jumped on the white handbag wagon with my camera bag. Purchased in believe in June or July. Surprisingly, it’s not that hard to take care of, as Shopaholic said the key is to not wear any dark coloured clothing that may transfer colour. It’s such a versatile colour, I’m so mad that I’ve stuck with black bags for so long :hrmm:

my white classic is 15 series so 2011 or so. I purchased it preloved and so glad I did because not only did it save me a ton of money, i’ve heard classics were better made in back then. I also didn’t want to pay full price for a “white” bag that I probably wouldn’t be using all season. Hope that helps!
Hi! May I ask how you find yours pre-loved or did you purchase from a known seller? I’m looking for one and I want a white classic flap and debating on getting the 20b but can’t come to terms with paying retail right now. I’ve search and haven’t found much white bags on the market :(
