Well, having seen both in person (finally!) I'd say the ivory is lovely, but the Whiskey blew me away. Whiskey, for definite.

maybe it's because my school is The Preppiest Place on Earth (in a Ralph Lauren, country club, seersucker way), but i don't think white bags are a trend, at least not here. sure, there are probably less common in New York or Boston until this summer, but a good white bag is important to have for summer here, always. it's so clean and fresh.

Yeah, white is not exactly "trendy" because it's a reoccuring seasonal color. However, this year, fashion mags/designers have been making a big deal, moreso than usual, over all things white. So, I assume that's what ppl in the board are referring to when they say it's trendy.
(White is definitely appealing! And very preppy! I thought I was sure a couple hrs ago, but it's so easy to sway my opinion atm >_<)

I love white bags!
If you don't have one in your bag collection, I will go for it. But then I don't know about Paddington bag, if that is consider classic or trendy. I prefer classic style on the white bag so I don't have to worry about being out of style if I wear it again the following year in spring or summer.
