If it looks bigger it certainly doesn’t look big so it doesn’t matter. If you set it vertically you could always add some smaller side stones for a little more diamond “glare”.Another vote for horizontal; you have lovely fingers anyway and the stone looks more substantial turned
Hey, thanks for the replies.. so I debated back and forth and ultimately, I’m going to set it horizontal! I was ready for a change, been wearing the original ring for almost 10 yrs! Just gave my jeweller the final decision and I will post pics of the final product when it’s ready. Thanks for the input, it did help in my making the decision
